Glen Loy Lodge is only 7 miles from Fort William and can easily be reached from here or Spean Bridge.
From Fort William follow the signs for Inverness and the Road to the Isles (Mallaig). Leave the A82 at the outskirts
of Fort William and turn left to follow the A830 (to Mallaig) across the Caledonian Canal. Immediately after crossing
the canal turn right on to the B8004 signposted to Banavie and Neptune's Staircase. Follow this road for 4 miles, you will
see a Forestry Commission Car park on your left with a sign reading 'Glen Loy' and just beyond there the road crests a hill
and bears left, in front of you is a wonderful view of the Caledonian Canal. At the bottom of this hill there is a left hand
turn signposted to Glen Loy. Take this turning and you will find Glen Loy Lodge on your left after about 500m.
