There is an abundance of wildlife in the surrounding area, which is a naturalist's
dream, with habitats ranging from Alpine tundra to Atlantic rainforest, deep peaty lochans to fast flowing rivers and the
open ocean.

Glen Loy Wildlife
Starting spring 2008 Glen Loy Wildlife will be offering
specialist holiday packages based at Glen Loy lodge and focusing on the abundant wildlife and wide range of habitats in the
Lochaber area. Jon and Angela are both keen naturalists and look forward to providing visitors with a closer look at what
makes the area special.
Packages
will include full board and transport to sites. We will include visits to a range of sites including montane, coastal, woodland,
freshwater and peat bogs. We will offer specialist days looking at birds, butterflies, wild flowers and much more.
For those who prefer something more active and for
those looking for a family holiday we can arrange outdoor activities such as mountain biking, canoeing, climbing, canyoning,
